For main draw matches (Day 1-3) there will be courts in Venue 2 used !!!

Sign in for doubles & consolation, lucky losers sign in, pick up balls before matches & winner brings balls after match & reports match result.

 

HOSPITALITY

ENSANA PIESTANY CUP is TEJT 1 U14 category tournament:

• Hospitality starts: Accomodation in offcial hotels from Sunday night (April 19^th). Lunch and dinner from Monday (April 20^th).
• Hospitality ends: For National Squads: Free hospitality until last member of the squad is eliminated. For other Main Draw Players: Free hospitality until eliminated.
• Definition of free hospitality “Until eliminated”: From the day of the Singles Main Draw sign-in until the morning after elimination from the Singles Main Draw, Doubles and/or Consolation whichever is later, and includes breakfasts from 1^st day of Singles Main Draw until morning after being eliminated; lunches and dinners from 1^st day of Singles Main Draw until day of being eliminated.
• Hospitality/travel details arrangements: Tournament Organisers must be informed by email at the latest by the freeze deadline before the event starts the travel details of the tournament participants (main and qualifying draws), unless they have been confirmed after the freeze deadline, whereas direct contact with the Tournament Organiser is requested.
• Breakfast is served at the official hotel.
• Lunch is served daily from 11.30 a.m. till 3.00 p.m. at the SUMMER TERRACE. Lunch vouchers daily from 11.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m. at the tournament office.
• Dinner is served daily from 5.00 p.m. till 7.00 p.m. at the at the SUMMER TERRACE. Dinner vouchers daily from 5.00 p.m. till 6.30 p.m. at the tournament office. 
• Free Hospitality is not for ‘Doubles only’ players.

COURTS RESERVATION FOR PRACTISE

During tournament you can book courts for practice by phone +421 903 749 604.

 

RULES OF PRACTICE:

Only one booking per a time. Next booking, after the finish of the previous.

Practise only on the booked court.

Write your name, not your country.

Maximum 4 players on one court.

Clean (sweep) the whole court after practice.

You can borrow balls for practice at the tournament office. Deposit for 4 balls: 5 €.

You can buy new balls at the tournament office. Price: 4 balls: 10 €.

 

LOCKER ROOMS, TOILETS & SHOWERS for players ARE SITUATED IN THE TENNIS HALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR (entrance from E. Bellusa street).

There are also toilets on summer terrace (close to courts 1 and 2) and in old social building behind courts 10 & 11.
