Surface: Clay, Outdoor

Entry Fee: Main Draw: $110 USD; Qualifying Draw: $80 USD (equivalent in Euros). Entry fee payment by cash ONLY (no credit card payment available)

Official ball: Dunlop Fort All Court Tournament Select. For sale at tournament office 1 can (4 balls) for 8 €.

Food (snacks), drinks, coffee, etc. you can buy at the club summer terrace.

Daily menu you can buy at Diplomat arena – 50 m behind court n. 11.

 

PLAYERS LOUNGE

in a case of bad weather, players´ lounge will be open in TIE-BREAK BAR (CLUB RESTAURANT & COFFEE BAR) in tennis hall.

 

HOSPITALITY

ITF WTT J200 PIESTANY is tournament with Reduced Hospitality (Tier 2):

• For MD players only until elimination: B&B – Bed & Breakfast from R16 Singles and QF Doubles only
• Reduced Hospitality does not apply to coaches

 

SHUTTLE MINIBUS

During the Qualifying and Main Draw, transportation is available free of charge for all players between the OFFICIAL hotels Splendid / Grand / Pro Patria  and the tournament site.

TAXI:

COURTS RESERVATION FOR PRACTISE IN OUR CLUB

Before & during tournament you can book courts for practice directly by phone +421 903 749 604.

There will be 4 courts available free of charge for practise on Friday April 11th from 1 p.m.

 

RULES OF PRACTICE:

1. Only one booking per a time. Next booking, after the finish of the previous.
2. Practise only on the booked court.
3. Write your name, not your country.
4. Maximum 4 players on one court.
5. Clean (sweep) the whole court after practice.
6. You can borrow balls for practice at the tournament office. Deposit for 4 balls: 5 €.
7. You can buy new balls at the tournament office. Price: 4 balls: 8 €.

 

LOCKER ROOMS, TOILETS & SHOWERS for players ARE SITUATED IN THE TENNIS HALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR (entrance from E. Bellusa street).

There are also toilets on summer terrace (close to courts 1 & 2) and in old social building behind courts 10 & 11.

 

EXPECTED TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

Saturday April 12th: qualification boys & girls: 1st & 2nd round from 9 a.m..

Sunday April 13th: qualification boys & girls: final from 10 a.m.

Monday April 14th: main draw boys & girls: 1st round of singles from 8 a.m.

Tuesday April 15th: main draw boys & girls: 2nd round of singles, 1st round of doubles.

Wednesday April 16th: main draw boys & girls: 3rd round of singles, 2nd round of doubles.

Thursday April 17th: main draw boys & girls: singles and doubles quarter final.

Friday April 18th: main draw boys & girls: singles and doubles semi final.

Saturday April 19th: main draw boys & girls: singles and doubles final.

Sunday April 20st: reserve day.
